Coaching Supervision |
On the International Coaching Federation (ICF) website, coaching supervision is described as a reflective learning process where a coach discusses their coaching work with an experienced supervisor in order to grow professionally and improve the quality of their coaching.
Coaching supervision = a structured conversation where a coach reflects on their coaching practice with a trained supervisor. |
This is especially helpful for ICF credential candidates as they reflect on their coaching skills and prepare to submit a recorded conversation for their Performance Evaluation. Through reflective dialogue, the supervisor helps the coach examine what is happening in their coaching relationships and how to grow from these insights.
LCN has enlisted experienced coaches who will offer 1-2 hours each week for coaching supervision conversations with LCN members.
Here’s how it works:
1. Contact one of the coaches listed below to arrange a one-hour appointment. Both individual and group (2 individuals) appointments are possible. Please check with the coach listed below for more details. |
