Why Interested in Coaching
My name is Berhanu Tesfaye. Currently I serve as HR manager at Bertu Tesfa Charitable Organization. And as Sunday School Teacher at Hosanna Mekane Yesus Congregation. I’m excited to be part of this coaching training because I believe that strong, empathetic leadership is rooted in the ability to listen deeply and ask powerful questions. Coaching is not just a tool for development—it's a mindset that fosters trust, accountability, and long-term growth. I’m eager to build these skills in a structured way so I can better support those I work with, encourage reflection, and empower others to find their own solutions.
